Sinds het overlijden van zijn legendarische vader bijna vijf jaar geleden is Carlson Gracie Jr bezig de wereldwijd verspreide Carlson Gracie BJJ teams bij elkaar te brengen.
Afgelopen week gaf hij een geweldig seminar in Amsterdam, geassisteerd door Ari Galo en zijn student Justin, georganiseerd door Marcos Flexa van Carlson Gracie Holland. Ruim drie en een half uur van zeer gedetailleerde, elegante maar telegelijkertijd zeer extreem zwaar beukende Jiu Jitsu!
De dag erna gaf hij de twee reguliere klassen van Flexa zware trainingssessies met worpen, oefeningen en 'pressure game'.

In een zeer binnekort te verschijnen artikel voor On the Mat (http://www.onthemat.com) praat 'Junior' over zijn leven in de Jiu Jitsu.
Op 15 december een niet minder spectaculair seminar in Amsterdam door BJJ meester Murillo Bustamante!

Ziet er weer goed uit. Zie ook nog een oude bekende van me, Thomas (gast in Keiko pak), waar ik tot 5 jaar geleden nog Japans Jiu Jitsu mee heb getraind. Traint ie tegenwoordig bij Flexa? Grappig :)
