K-1StarsLive in cooperation with ActiveKnowledge opened our new field in fightsports.
Since a month we launched The female Samurai (http://www.Onna-Bugeisha.de) - the female samurai.
The project is about selfdefense for women through women. We offer 5 different systems such as
1) Simple Selfedefense which is basically easy selfdefense for women according to law
2) Office defense which is a programm for difficult situations in public offices like hospitals, job centers etc.
3) Professionals Only which is for female professional security personel
4) Female Warrior which is a developmentprogramm for any martial arts or fightsports through the techniques of a swordsystem called Goshinkan
5) Modern Martial Fitness (MMF) which is a selfdefense programm based on Kickboxing
The seminars are held inhouse (in gyms, offices) and as open courses.
The first open seminar will be held on 16.07.2011 in Dortmund and contains:
1. 1 hour Tae Robic Kick Bo
2. 1 hour Boxingtechniques
3. 1 hour Kickboxing
