THE WINNER OF EACH ELITE & BLUE BELT CATEGORY WILL GI!!
All early registrations will receive the Amsterdam Open 2012 t-shirt!!
RULES & FIGHT TIME
The point system of the IBJJF (http://www.ibjjf.org/rules.htm) will be used.
White Belt fights will last 5 minutes. Blue Belt fights will last 6 minutes.
Elite (Purple & Up) fights will last 7 minutes. (If a purple belt faces a brown or black belt, purple belt rules will be applied)
PRIZES
Medals will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The winner of each blue & elite category will win a gi.
There will be a trophy for the Best Team.
WEIGHT CLASSES & REGISTRATION
Men: -70kg, - 76 kg, - 82.3kg, -88.3 kg , -94.3 kg , -100.5 kg, + 100.5 kg
Women: -60kg and +60kg
(Weight categories and weigh-in are with gi)
Early registration until October 1st
The fee for early registration is € 25 and gives right to a Amsterdam Open 2012 t-shirt.

If you haven’t paid and subscribed before the deadline, please do not come to the competition to try enrolling on the day itself, for this will be not be accepted.

WEIGH-IN & FIGHT SCHEDULE
A schedule with the start time of all categories will be available at our site on
Thursday 25 October
THE WEIGH IN WILL BE JUST BEFORE YOU STEP ON THE MAT FOR YOUR FIRST FIGHT.
The athletes must be at the warm up area, according to their fight schedule.
The athlete can only enter in the fighting area when called by the official.
In case of victory the athlete must return to the warm up area, and remain there till the next fight.
