Zaterdag 13 oktober was ik door onze zuider buren uitgenodigd voor hun jaarlijkse kickboksgala. Het gala vond plaats in
de plaatselijke Kick en Thaiboksschool. Mixed Martial Arts Center in Dilsen-Stokkem.
Er stonden 21 partijen op het programma waarvan jeugd, nieuwelingen en C-partijen. Het publiek was in grote getale gekomen om hun favorieten luidkeels aan te moedigen.
Ik kan je wel vertellen dat dit oorverdovend gebeurde en dat ik zeker de volgende keer mijn oordoppen zal meenemen.
De sfeer zat er goed in.
Om zeven uur werd met de eerste jeugd partij gestart. Hoewel het een jeugdpartij was spatte er de vonken vanaf.
Om half twaalf was het gala beëindigd en ging ik lekker op tijd naar huis.

Langs deze weg wil ik Marc bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en complementeren voor een strak georganiseerd gala.

Zo zie je maar weer wat een goede camera met een nog betere fotograaf erachter vermag bij zulk slecht licht. Helemaal geweldige platen Jos. Blijf stikjaloers als ik dit zie. Trouwens best een hoop bloedneuzen :lol:. Dank je wel voor deze shoot.

'T lijkt wel of men op steeds meer gala's het licht als sluitpost ziet. Maar goed dat je je eigen kaarsje bij je had.;)

Helemaal met je eens Ronald ik ben ook geen voorstander van geflitste foto's Dit is 1 van de weinige gala's waar ik niet zonder een beetje flitslicht weg kan komen en te schieten met een iso van 6400 is ook al zowat. :-) Vandaar dat we wat hebben gevogeld met diverse instellingen en behulp van "theelichtjes" op elke hoek van de ring hahah.
