From 24. to 27. of January this year the XXXI traditional International Judo Tournament among boys and girls born in 1998-2000 took place in Stary Oskol Russia. Under the tournament a judo seminar was held by the legendary russian MMA fighter, Fedor "The Last Emperor" Emelianenko.
