It is hard to win the UFC world championship, and harder to keep it.
Saturday night UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones tied the record of five consecutive successful title defenses set by Tito Ortiz on 11/22/2002 vs. Ken Shamrock.
Now Tito is tweeting he wants to keep his record from being broken.

Well I may have to come out of retirement to beat @JonnyBones I can't let I'm beat my record. @Punishment99 #ufc159 #UFConXboxLIVE
As Tito went 1-7-1 his last eight years, the chances of unretiring into a title shot seem remote.
Further, Ortiz shortly afterwards tweeted that he has surgery coming up.
