For the first time in three years, "The Count" will fight on English soil, it seems, and he'll welcome a "Filipino Wrecking Machine" into the octagon.

mmajunkie has learned from sources close to the event that Michael Bisping (24-5 MMA, 14-5 UFC) and Mark Munoz (13-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) have verbally agreed to meet at an as-yet-unnamed UFC event tentatively scheduled for Oct. 26 in Manchester, England.

The bout is expected to serve as a five-round main event for the card, which is expected to take place at Manchester Arena (formerly known as Manchester Evening News Arena).

UFC officials were unable to offer confirmation on either the matchup or the event, but multiple sources outside of the promotion indicated the plans were firm and an announcement was expected shortly. The sources could not confirm the official name or number of the event, but it seems likely to air in North America on FOX Sports 1 and not as a pay-per-view event.

No other bouts are currently rumored for the card.

Bisping was recently on the cusp of a long-awaited title shot before a January loss to Vitor Belfort ruined his chances. However, he's since rebounded with a technical decision win over Alan Belcher and remains a top contender at middleweight. He also hasn't always had the best opinion of his new opponent, who he often refereed to as both "fat" and "out of shape" for Munoz's devastating knockout loss to now champ Chris Weidman.

Meanwhile, Munoz books his next appearance less than one week after earning a convincing win over Tim Boetsch at this past weekend's UFC 162 event. It was Munoz's first fight in one year after battling through both injury and depression following the loss to Weidman. Still, Munoz is now 5-1 in his past six fights, and with Anderson Silva's recent loss, the UFC 185-pound division is now wide open.

Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson booked for UFC Fight Night event in Manchester

A lightweight matchup and potential slugfest has been added to the UFC's return to England.

UFC officials announced on Tuesday's new edition of "UFC Tonight" that Melvin Guillard (31-12-2 MMA, 12-8 UFC) and Ross Pearson (15-6 MMA, 7-3 UFC) will meet at an Oct. 26 UFC Fight Night event scheduled for Manchester Arena in Manchester, England.

The contest serves as the co-main event of a card that sees Michael Bisping face Mark Munoz in the main event. The main card airs on FOX Sports 2 followig prelims that stream on Facebook.

Guillard looks to build on the strength of a "Knockout of the Night" win over Mac Danzig at July's UFC on FOX 8 event. The much-needed result helped Guillard snap out of a 1-4 slump and once again showed the potential the 30-year-old slugger always packs in his back pocket.

A four-year UFC veteran, Pearson may be best known as the winner of "The Ultimate Fighter 9." The Brit struggles to find a rhythm after his "TUF" victory and went 5-3 in his first eight UFC fights. In that stretch, he also made a trip to 145 pounds, where he earned a win over Junior Assuncao but lost to Cub Swanson. He then returned to lightweight, where he's looked spectacular in wins over Ryan Couture and George Sotiropoulos.

John Lineker vs. Phil Harris set for October's UFC Fight Night 30 in Manchester

Fresh off his third straight UFC victory, John Lineker has his next flyweight test in front of him, and it's one he already had been preparing for.

Lineker (22-6 MMA, 3-1 UFC) will meet Phil Harris (22-10 MMA, 1-1 UFC) when the UFC returns to England in October. UFC officials announced the pairing early this morning.

The event, which will be UFC Fight Night 30, will take place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main card will air on FOX Sports 2 – the sister station to FOX Sports 1, which launches Aug. 17. FOX Sports 2 will be a rebrand from FUEL TV.

Lineker and Harris were scheduled to meet at UFC 163 this past weekend in Lineker's native Brazil. But a fractured orbital bone in training forced Harris out of the fight, and Jose Maria stepped in on two weeks' notice to take his place.

Lineker dropped his UFC debut in May 2012, but since has won three straight, including back-to back TKO stoppages of Maria and, in May, Azamat Gashimov. He has come under fire, though, for missing weight in two of his four UFC bouts – including against Maria this past weekend when he came in at 129 pounds for the 125-pound fight. He and Maria fought at a catchweight with Maria getting 20 percent of Lineker's fight purse.

Harris goes from having to fight in Lineker's home country of Brazil, where the odds, statistically, are stacked against fighters from outside the country, to having a home fight of his own. The Brit will fight in England for the second straight time in the UFC. In February in London, he beat Ulysses Gomez by unanimous decision for his first UFC win after being submitted by Darren Uyenoyama in his promotional debut this past October. The former featherweight dropped to flyweight for the first time in early 2012 under the Cage Warriors banner, where he picked up a pair of wins before being signed by the UFC.

With the addition, the latest UFC Fight Night in Manchester card now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker

Paul Taylor returns, meets Anthony Njokuani at UFC Fight Night 30 in Manchester

After what will be a layoff of nearly 33 months, England's Paul Taylor will return to the octagon this October – and will be hoping the third time is the charm for a meeting with Anthony Njokuani.

Taylor (11-6 MMA, 4-5 UFC), who most recently fought at UFC 126, will take on Njokuani (16-7 MMA, 3-3 UFC) in a lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night 30 in his home country.

Sources close to the bout recently confirmed the fight booking to MMAjunkie. In July, Taylor's side would not confirm to MMAjunkie.com that the fight had been booked, but Sherdog first reported it today.

UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main card will air on FOX Sports 2 – the sister station to FOX Sports 1, which launches Aug. 17. FOX Sports 2 will be a rebrand from FUEL TV.

Taylor won his most recent UFC fight, stopping Gabe Ruediger with a head kick at UFC 126 in February 2011. That snapped a skid of back-to-back losses to Sam Stout and John Hathaway. The Stout fight was his debut at lightweight after dropping down from welterweight.

Taylor debuted in the promotion at UFC 70 in Manchester, getting a TKO win over Edilberto de Oliveira. He would go on to lose three of his next four to Marcus Davis, Paul Kelly and Chris Lytle – but all three of those losses resulted in "Fight of the Night" bonuses.

Since UFC 126, Taylor has dealt with a rash of injuries that have knocked him out of several planned fights. He was expected to meet Donald Cerrone in 2011, but had to bow out. He then was booked to meet Njokuani at UFC 138 in England, but fell off with an injury. Again, the two were paired up for UFC on FUEL TV 4, but again Taylor had to pull out.

Njokuani has won two of his past three fights, including a knockout of Roger Bowling at UFC on FOX 7 in April. But he has bounced between wins and losses the past three years without being able to put together a win streak.

Now he will look for his first win streak since 2009 when he takes on Kelly. That win streak, three straight, featured three consecutive "Knockout of the Night" honors in the WEC.

With the addition, the latest UFC Fight Night in Manchester card now includes:
•Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
•Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
•Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
• Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor

Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa added to UFC Fight Night 30

A light heavyweight matchup that should provide fireworks is on tap for UFC Fight Night 30.

Jimi Manuwa (13-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Ryan Jimmo (18-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) are the latest additions to the card, which takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England.

It's unknown whether the fight, which was first reported by MMAFighting, will serve on the Facebook-streamed preliminary-card or the FOX Sports 2-televised main card.

U.K. native Manuwa hopes to earn his third straight UFC win after battering Kyle Kingsbury at UFC on FUEL TV 5 and then winning a TKO over Cyrille Diabate when a torn calf muscle forced the French fighter to retire at UFC on FUEL TV 7.

The hard-slugging Manuwa remains undefeated at 13-0.

After a lackluster decision over Igor Pokrajac at UFC 161, Jimmo could use a career boost. The Canadian made a huge splash in his UFC debut when he knocked out Anthony Perosh in seven seconds, but stumbled against James Te Huna at UFC on FUEL TV 7.

Prior to the gaffes, Jimmo hadn't lost a fight since his professional debut in 2007 and was a dominant champ in the Canada-based Maximum Fighting Championship.

The winner of the fight could be poised to crack the top-10 of the 205-pound division.

Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson added to UFC Fight Night 30 in Manchester

The UFC's October return to England now has a featherweight fight as part of the lineup with both fighters looking to rebound from their first losses.

Jimy Hettes (10-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) will fight outside the United States for the first time when he meets England's Mike Wilkinson (8-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 30. Sources close to the fight on Saturday confirmed the booking to MMAjunkie following an initial report from MMA Fighting.

UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena, also known as Phones 4U Arena, in Manchester, England. The main card will air on FOX Sports 2 following prelims on Facebook.

The card will be headlined by British fan favorite Michael Bisping in a middleweight bout against Mark Munoz. Also on the card is a lightweight fight between Ross Pearson and Melvin Guillard.

Hettes in September lost for the first time when he dropped a unanimous decision against Marcus Brimage at UFC 152 in Toronto. Prior to that, "The Kid" had started 10-0, including wins in his first two UFC fights – a submission win over Alex Caceres and a unanimous decision over Nam Phan, both in 2011.

The Pennsylvania native recently moved his training camp to the AMA Fight Club team led by Mike Constantino in Whippany, N.J., less than two hours from his previous home base. Hettes was scheduled to meet Steven Siler at UFC 159 in April in New Jersey, but was forced out with an injury.

Wilkinson, a lightweight cast member on the U.K. vs. Australia edition of "The Ultimate Fighter," beat Grant Blackler by submission in his lone fight in the "TUF: Smashes" house. But he was injured in training and replaced by Richie Vaculik in the semifinals.

He was able to fight at the show's live finale, though, UFC on FX 6 in Australia, and he took a unanimous decision from Brandan Loughnane in an exciting fight on the preliminary card. In June, though, he ventured to Brazil for UFC on FUEL TV 10, where he was stopped quickly into the first round by a Rony Jason triangle choke.

With the addition, the latest UFC Fight Night 30 lineup now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa*
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson*

Alessio Sakara vs. Tom Watson joins UFC Fight Night 30 lineup

Two fighters in need of a win will clash in October at UFC Fight Night 30 when Alessio Sakara (19-10 MMA, 6-7 UFC) takes on Tom Watson (16-6 MMA, 1-2 UFC).

UFC officials announced the middleweight bout overnight.

UFC Fight Night 30, which features a Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz headliner, takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in England. The night's main card airs on FOX Sports 2 following prelims on Facebook.

Sakara vs. Watson will be part of the prelims.

In early 2010, Sakara was riding high with a three-fight winning streak that earned him a shot at the division's upper echelon. However, since then, he's suffered three consecutive losses, to Chris Weidman, Brian Stann and then Patrick Cote. Although tagged with a disqualification loss to Cote, the Italian striker was in clear control of the bout and only suffered the defeat due to elbows that were deemed illegal and to the back of the head.

Sakara has been on the sidelines since that November fight due to kidney issues.

Watson, who fights in his home country for the third time in four UFC fights, was on an 11-1 run before signing with the UFC in 2012. It's been a mixed bag since then for the former UCMMA and BAMMA champion. He suffered a split-decision defeat to Brad Tavares in his promotional debut (though every major media outlet scored it 30-27 for Tavares) before rebounding with a TKO win over Stanislav Nedkov that earned him both "Fight of the Night" and "KO of the Night" bonuses that totaled $100,000. However, in his most recent bout, he looked flat in a lopsided unanimous-decision loss to grappler Thales Leites earlier this month at uFC 163.

The latest UFC Fight Night 30 card now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson
Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor
Alessio Sakara vs. Tom Watson

UFC matchmakers Joe Silva and Sean Shelby have been working overtime, getting the UFC Fight Night 30: Bisping vs. Munoz fight card set.

The latest addition to the Oct. 26 event in Manchester, England, is a bout between Michael Kuiper and Brad Scott.

Fighting out of the Netherlands, Kuiper is 12-2, but consider that he is just 1-2 in his three UFC bouts, he needs a victory to ensure his spot on the roster.

Kuiper stopped Jared Hamman at UFC 150 last year, but sandwiched the victory with losses to Rafael Natal and Tom Lawlor.

Scott (8-2) made his way to the Octagon as part of the British team on The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes, the first Australian-based version of the reality series. Scott made it to the final, but the Brit lost a decision to New Zealander Robert Whittaker.

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz headlines the fight card at Manchester Arena.

WAR MICHAEL!!

Jessica Andrade vs. Rosi Sexton added to UFC Fight Night 30 in England

England's first female representative in the UFC will fight in front of a friendly crowd, as Rosi Sexton (13-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) meets Brazilian Jessica Andrade (9-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) at October's UFC Fight Night 30 event in Manchester, England.

Sexton today announced the matchup on Twitter.

"It's official!" Sexton wrote. "First women's UFC fight in UK - me vs @JessicaMMApro; & first time in my career fighting in my home town!"

UFC officials later confrimed the matchup but have yet to announce the Andrade vs. Sexton bout's placement on the card.

Featuring a middleweight headliner of Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz, UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in England. The night's main card airs on FOX Sports 2 following prelims on Facebook.

Both Sexton and Andrade look for their first UFC win.

Sexton made her octagon debut at June's UFC 161 event in Canada but was outwrestled by Alexis Davis and suffered a unanimous-decision loss. The result snapped a three-fight win streak for the longtime martial artist.

Meanwhile, Andrade debuted in July, fighting on the main card at UFC on FOX 8, and was handed a second-round TKO loss by onetime women's bantamweight title challenger Liz Carmouche. Prior to the defeat, Andrade had been 7-1 in his past eight fights.

The latest UFC Fight Night 30 card now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson
Luke Barnatt vs. Andrew Craig
Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor

In ieder geval: WAR MICHAEL!

Norman Parke vs. Jon Tuck joins UFC Fight Night 30 lineup in Manchester

A lightweight bout between Norman Parke (18-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Jon Tuck (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has joined October's UFC Fight Night 30 lineup.

UFC officials today announced the matchup.

UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in England. The main card airs on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on Facebook. It's not clear where Parke vs. Tuck will be placed on the lineup.

UFC officials first targeted the bout at UFC on FOX 7 in April, but Tuck was forced off the card on event week due to an injury.

Parke, who "The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes" in 2012, looks for his third straight UFC win and his eighth consecutive victory overall. The 26-year-old, who fights out of Northern Ireland, defeated Colin Fletcher to win the show and then topped Kazuki Tokudome via decision at UFC 162.

He now meets Tuck, the UFC's first Chamorro native from Guam to be signed to the roster. After he lost an elimination-round bout to Al Iaquinta at "TUF 15," he got a regular UFC bout. In his promotional debut at UFC on FUEL TV 6, he scored a decision victory over Zhang Tiequan.

The latest UFC Fight Night 30 lineup now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson
Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa
Alessio Sakara vs. Tom Watson

Cole Miller vs. Andy Ogle slated for UFC Fight Night 30 in Manchester

A featherweight bout between Cole Miller (19-8 MMA, 8-6 UFC) and Andy Ogle (9-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) is the latest addition to next month's UFC Fight Night 30 event.

UFC officials today announced the bout.

UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in England. The bulk of the card airs on FOX Sports 2 following prelims on Facebook.

It's not clear where Miller vs. Ogle will be placed on the lineup.

Miller, a cast member from "The Ultimate Fighter 5" who fights for the 15th time under the UFC banner, recently suffered a close decision loss to Manny Gamburyan at UFC Fight Night 26. The American Top Team fighter is now 1-3 since a drop from lightweight to featherweight, and his job could be on the line against Ogle.

Ogle, a "TUF 15" vet, fights in his home country as he looks to build off a February victory over Josh Grispi. That followed a UFC-debut loss to Akira Corassani, via close split decision, and moved him to 8-1 over his past nine fights. Ogle was slated to fight Conor McGregor this past month but was forced off the card with an injury.

The latest UFC Fight Night 30 card includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson
Anthony Njokuani vs. Paul Taylor
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa
Alessio Sakara vs. Tom Watson

Piotr Hallman replaces Njokuani, meets Al Iaquinta at UFC Fight Night 30

With his UFC debut a successful one earlier this month in Brazil, Piotr Hallman will fight again on a quick turnaround.

Hallman (14-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) will step in for the injured Anthony Njokuani (16-7 MMA, 3-3 UFC) next month at UFC Fight Night 30 to meet Al Iaquinta (6-2-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) in a lightweight bout. UFC officials announced the new booking overnight.

Njokuani's injury and removal from the card was first reported earlier this week by MMAjunkie. Iaquinta's spot on the card was as a replacement for the injured Paul Taylor.

UFC Fight Night 30 takes place Oct. 26 at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main card airs on FOX Sports 2.

Earlier this month at UFC Fight Night 28, Hallman, from Poland, brought a nine-fight winning streak into his UFC debut, and he did so in hostile territory in Brazil. But he didn't disappoint, submitting Francisco Trinaldo in the second round with a kimura to run his streak to 10. Now he'll be rewarded with a fight on his home continent that will come just a little more than seven weeks after his debut. By then, it will have been more than three years since Hallman's last loss. The 26-year-old has 13 of his 14 career wins by stoppage.

Iaquinta is looking to build on the strength of his first UFC win, an August decision over Ryan Couture. That win wound up being the one that sent Couture packing from the UFC with an 0-2 mark in the promotion, as MMAjunkie was first to report on Wednesday. Prior to that result, "The Ultimate Fighter 15" finalist's lone official UFC appearance was a loss to show winner Michael Chiesa in the season's live finale. He now awaits word on if he'll get a new opponent to prepare for on a little more than four weeks' notice.

Njokuani was looking to build on a good run of wins in two of his past three fights, including a knockout of Roger Bowling at UFC on FOX 7 in April. But he has bounced between wins and losses the past three years without being able to put together a win streak. Now he'll be sidelined for an unspecified amount of time before he can look to get that streak going. The original planned matchup against Taylor was the third time the two had been booked to fight – with Taylor pulling out with injuries all three times.

With the change to the card, UFC Fight Night 30 now includes:

Michael Bisping vs. Mark Munoz
Melvin Guillard vs. Ross Pearson
Ryan Jimmo vs. Jimi Manuwa
Norman Parke vs. Jon Tuck
Magnus Cedenblad vs. Alessio Sakara
Phil Harris vs. John Lineker
Piotr Hallman vs. Al Iaquinta
Luke Barnatt vs. Andrew Craig
Jessica Andrade vs. Rosi Sexton
Cole Miller vs. Andy Ogle
Jimy Hettes vs. Mike Wilkinson
Michael Kuiper vs. Brad Scott

Michael Bisping out at UFC Fight Night 30, Lyoto Machida now faces Mark Munoz

UFC Fight Night 30 has a new look to its headlining bout, as Michael Bisping (24-5 MMA, 14-5 UFC) has been forced to withdraw from a planned matchup with Mark Munoz (13-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC).

An eye injury forced Bisping's removal from the card, and Lyoto Machida (19-4 MMA, 11-4 UFC) has stepped in to take his place in the main event of UFC Fight Night 30, which takes place on Oct. 26 at Phones 4u Arena (previously known as Manchester Arena) in Manchester, England. The evening's main card airs in the U.S. on FOX Sports 2 following prelims on Facebook.

ESPN first reported the switch, and MMAjunkie.com subsequently confirmed it with company officials.

Machida had been expected to face Tim Kennedy (16-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in the main event of November's "UFC Fight Night 31: UFC Fight for the Troops 3" card. Kennedy will now wait on a new opponent.

Bisping was recently on the cusp of a long-awaited title shot before a January loss to Vitor Belfort ruined his chances. However, the English fighter recently rebounded with a technical decision win over Alan Belcher. With two wins his past three fights and a 6-2 mark since early 2010, "The Ultimate Fighter 3" winner remains a top contender at 185 pounds.

Machida, who makes his middleweight debut, is coming off a controversial split-decision loss to Phil Davis at UFC 163. The loss dropped him to 3-3 since losing his 205-pound title to Mauricio Rua at UFC 113 more than three years ago. After losing the belt, Machida lost to Quinton Jackson, then beat Randy Couture to get another shot at the title – but was submitted by champ Jon Jones at UFC 140.

Meanwhile, Munoz returns after earning a lopsided decision win over Tim Boetsch at UFC 162. It was Munoz's first fight in a year after battling through both injury and depression following a loss to Chris Weidman in 2012. Still, Munoz is 5-1 in his past six fights, and with Anderson Silva's recent loss, the UFC 185-pound division is now wide open.

After disappointing loss, Michael Kuiper changes camps, promises 'new tricks'

Following a 2012 destruction of Jared Hamman, Michael Kuiper appeared primed to make an impact in the UFC's middleweight division. That was before Tom Lawlor sent him back to the drawing board.

"I made a mistake and Tom capitalized on it," Kuiper told MMAjunkie. "I should have not tried to go to the ground at that moment."

Kuiper banked the opening round of the UFC on FUEL TV 9 fight this past April, but an ill-advised takedown exposed his neck, and Lawlor latched on to a guillotine choke, scoring a tapout 65 seconds into the second frame. The loss sapped Kuiper of the momentum he built with the Hamman win, but he quickly put it behind and focused on a strong return.

"I was disappointed, but I quickly focused my energies in areas that were more productive," Kuiper said. "I made some adjustments in training and expanded my team of coaches and training partners, so I believe I have evolved from the experience. We can expect to see a better fighter in Manchester."

Kuiper (12-2 MMA, 1-2 UFC) returns to action at Saturday's "UFC Fight Night 30: Machida vs. Munoz" event at Phones 4u Arena in Manchester, England, where he meets Brad Scott (8-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) on the evening's Facebook-streamed preliminary card. Scott was a contestant on "The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes," but Kuiper admits he wasn't too familiar with the name when it was presented to him.

"I did not know anything about him when I first was told I would fight him," Kuiper said. "I know that he keeps a good pace and has good boxing, but I believe I am the superior fighter in all aspects of the game in this matchup."

Despite his confidence, Kuiper isn't overlooking his foe. In fact, the Dutchman relocated his camp to Belgium in preparation for the contest.

"I actually changed fight teams," Kuiper said. "I now train at Team Top Fighter out of Belgium. I also train with some very good, well-rounded MMA fighters, so the training is different this time around. I believe the fans will see some new tricks for this fight."

A judo black belt with heavy hands, the 24-year-old Kuiper has impressive raw physical tools. However, with the UFC's bloated roster, Kuiper can't afford to go 1-3 in the promotion. Still, Kuiper said he's not letting himself consider that possibility.

"I only focus on things that I have control over – my training, my diet, my sleep," Kuiper said. "I always train to win and win in an exciting fashion. That will always be the case whether I am coming off a loss or win. Focusing on a loss can only negatively effect my performance. I just use it as fuel and motivation."

Instead, Kuiper is focused on establishing himself again as a top prospect in the 185-pound division. A highlight-reel finish could go a long way toward that goal, and Kuiper promises to deliver a performance heavy on entertainment value.

"It is always important to win impressively," Kuiper said. "We have an obligation to entertain the fans with exciting bouts. That is my focus for this fight and all of my fights.

"I want to thank all fans for supporting the fighters. We are able to do this because of them. We can never forget that. I also want to give a special thanks to my long-term sponsor, Booster Fight Wear. Last thing, don't blink on fight night it is going to be a barn burner. I will look for the finish and do my best."

Is het een soort van eenmalige switch geweest.. ff nieuwe motivatie en trainingen opdoen?
Of is er sprake van enige wrijving/ en daarmee definitieve switch? (don't hope so)

The Dream Catcher vs The Dragon ‘ klinkt goed dus laten we het doen.”
Nima Safapour, Mousasi ‘s manager, zei dat een partij tegen Machida is wat hij en zijn vechter willen, en ze willen het nu .

Voor mij mag die partij komen, war Mousasi.
