The UFC’s unannounced card in Brazil has a main event.
Dan Henderson (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/88/dan-henderson) and Mauricio Rua (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/53/mauricio-rua), who fought a five-round war in 2011, will face off one more time, as sources close to the situation told MMAFighting.com that the legendary fighters will headline UFC’s yet-to-be-announced card in Natal, Brazil, on March 23. Tatame (http://www.tatame.com.br/shogun-fara-revanche-contra-dan-henderson-no-ufc-de-natal-em-marco/) first reported the news.

Henderson (29-11) entered free agency on a three-fight losing streak, capped off by a first-round knockout loss to Vitor Belfort (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/83/vitor-belfort) in Brazil, but he recently agreed to a new deal with the promotion. His first fight of the new deal will be a five-round bout with Rua, the last man he beat inside the Octagon.

"Shogun" (22-8), a former UFC light heavyweight (http://www.mmafighting.com/weight-class/heavyweight) champion, returned to the win column with a first-round knockout of James Te Huna (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/512/james-te-huna) last December. The win snapped a two-fight losing streak to Chael Sonnen (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/103/chael-sonnen) and Alexander Gustafson.

Henderson defeated Rua via unanimous decision at UFC 139 in Nov. 2011. The seesaw battle was considered the 2011 Fight of the Year.

The list of fights for the unannounced UFC card in Natal now includes:

Mauricio Rua vs. Dan Henderson
Cezar Ferreira (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/1674/cezar-ferreira) vs. C.B. Dollaway (http://www.mmafighting.com/fighter/86/c-b-dollaway)
Jussier Formiga vs. Scott Jorgensen (http://www.mmafighting.com/fight/3528/jussier-formiga-vs-scott-jorgensen)
Fabio Maldonado vs. Gian Villante (http://www.mmafighting.com/fight/3514/fabio-maldonado-vs-gian-villante)

Former PRIDE and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson isn't done in MMA yet. As a matter of fact, he's not done in the UFC earlier.

The UFC light heavyweight posted message on Facebook Tuesday announcing he'd re-signed with the organization:

If you haven't heard the news yet, as of today I will not be fighting in the UFC...

but come March 23 I will be! Hendo vs Shogun II Ufc Fight Night 38
At the time, Henderson did not disclose the terms of the arrangement.

As reported by Ariel Helwani on Fox Sports 1's UFC Tonight on Wednesday, Henderson has signed a six-fight deal with the UFC, although financial terms were not disclosed.

Henderson reportedly didn't get all the deal points he was looking for, but was able to get close enough to sign on the dotted line.

Earlier this month, Henderson told Helwani on The MMA Hour he and the UFC were 'a little far apart' in striking a deal and that UFC was offering a contract worth less than half of the previous contract. Still, Helwani reported Henderson is happy to end his mixed martial arts career with the UFC.

As Henderson indicated in his Facebook message, he faces Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua at UFC Fight Night 38 on March 23rd. His record stands at 29-11.
