Vincent Latoel steps up to face Caros Fodor at ONE FC: Rise of the Kingdom
ONE FC has announced that Vincent Latoel will step in for the injured Vuyisile Colossa to take on Caros Fodor at ONE FC: Rise of the Kingdom, which will take place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia this coming September 12.
The Asian promotion posted this announcement via Facebook:
Seasoned cage veteran, Vincent Latoel of the Netherlands will replace Vuyisile Colossa in his matchup with Caros Fodor of the United States in ONE FC: RISE OF THE KINGDOM, taking place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia this September 12.
Latoel and Fodor are both coming off victories, making this highly-anticipated Lightweight showdown between tough combatants not to be missed. Both fighters are eager to emerge victorious and advance their careers with better records, but only one man can reign supreme.
Latoel is coming off an impressive knockout victory over top lightweight Eddie Ng and could very well put himself in the title mix with a win over Fodor.
The American, Fodor, on the other hand, was looking to avenge his most recent loss in a rematch with Colossa, but it looks like he’ll be taking out his angst on Latoel instead.
This fight has officially been booked for the Cambodia fight card, which will be headlined by a flyweight title fight between Geje Eustaquio and Adriano Moraes.
