Joe Derks(publisher maxfighting,mmaweekly) reports from Hawaii that it looks more and more likely that Ricco Rodriguez will face Wes Sims at the Rumble on the Rock show in November.
Joe Derks tried to contact both Wes Sims and Ricco Rodriguez for confirmation, but neither fighter was available. MMAWeekly's Greg Honda reports from Hawaii that both fighters have been contacted and both fighters have verbally agreed to the fight for November.
There's a good possibility BJ Penn would be on the card as well, but it depends when he fights in Japan, which as of now would most likely be in December.
