For the third time Felipe Costa visited and gave a 2 hours seminar at Pardoel schoolÂ´s.

Everyone was very friendly and had fun. Next week there will be another one.

"already 36 people have sign up." Said Remco Pardoel.

That would be nice, perhaps if I tape my ankle I can join the seminar (if there is enough space anyway).

It is always great to have one of the best BJJ fighters / instructors, like Felipe over !!!
and even better that the forum brothers give us the support to build up BJJ by attending the seminars
