LINDLAND LOOKS FORWARD TO FEDOR FIGHT

“All that's left is [to put] pen to paper,” said Matt Lindland. He expects that to happen sometime later today, and then his agreed upon bout with Fedor Emelianenko, the #1 ranked heavyweight fighter in the world, becomes a concrete reality.

Besides being ranked the #1 middleweight fighter in the world, Lindland also confirmed that, “Yes, I am crazy. That’s why I got into this sport, but I don't make a habit of taking fights I don't feel I can win.”

“I want to fight the best guys out there. I always have,” he continued. “I appreciate Bodog for giving me the opportunity to fight the best. Some promoters just want to promote their guys and are afraid to sign the best because they may beat their guys, so I found a promotion that believes in me and my abilities.”

het is ook op beatdown geweest. dus het is wel officieel.
ik denk dat lindland niet wijs is maar goed:D .
lindland is echt een top middleweight. maar fedor is de beste heavyweight die er rondloopt. hij is wel geen zware heavyweight maar hij zal nog altijd zwaarder zijn dan lindland.

Met alle respect voor de kunsten van lindland, maar ik denk dat een match tegen fedor niet echt een reële winkans kan bieden voor hem.

Ik wens hem alle succes, en die zal hij dan ook nodig hebben.

het siert matt wel dat hij in de ring durft te stappen tegen fedor.

Ik geef Matt wel een klein kansje hoor, maar Fedor is gewoon de king en met een gewichtsverschil is het helemaal lastig voor een tegenstander.

Maar ja het blijft MMA, dus zeg nooit nooit.

Ik denk niet dat Lindland het gaat trekken. Maar ik heb wel enorm veel respect voor deze man. Het is echt zo'n vechter waarvan je niet weet of hij nu erg moedig, erg dom of erg gestoord is:). Wat het ook is het zou enorm cool zijn als hij tegen alle verwachtingen in Fedor verslaagt.
