On the 8th of December 2007 the 7. Outsider Cup Freefight for Newcomers will take place within the range Bielefeld/Germany (the location adress will be published shortly). The OC 7 is a Tournament for freefight newcomers, which has between 0-5 MMA fights in their fight records. Prices are free club memberships, trophies, reportings as well as MMA database entries. This is really a grest possibility for all martial artists, who are concerned with the thought, to fight once Mixed Martial Arts! More Info's, registration forms etc. under:

als ik de videos op hun site bekijk zie ik gevechten op pro-mma regels (met stoten naar het hoofd tijdens het grondgevecht).

weet iemand hoe dat zit?

ja ,dat klopt, ze nemen het niet echt nauw met de regels , ook ellebogen zijn toegestaan naar het lichaam,
organisatie zit wel ok, zijn er al een paar keer gaan knokken met jongens, zijn wel niet echt nieuwelingen daar :)

In Germany the MMA Newcomers begin with Pro Rules (just the shido accociation have Amateur Rules for beginners).

ok jammer ik begin net met wedstrijden dit is dus (nog) niet iets voor mij.
