Why can't we make some vids of fights galas ?

I find it scandalous when you pay 30 or even 100 € for the ticket and that you can't get some souvenirs from the evening. I know there are tv rights ok but I'm not CNN or SKY SPORTS ... and I don't film the whole fights !

Fight sports are the only one sports you can't film. When I go to football, tennis, basket, cycling, ... no problem.

there's not just the TV rights, but also DVD sales to consider. some fighters want to keep some measure of control over who sees their fights, and how.
