1. Dave Courchaine vs. Nathan Coy
Round 1
Coy landed a kick to Courchaine's groin to get the action started … and stopped. The wounded fighter got a few minutes to recover before the action was resumed. An exchanged ensued, with Coy getting the better of it. Courchaine clinched up with Coy against the fence, but Coy was able to get free. The arena darkened as the venue experienced lighting issues, and the bout was halted. After half of the lights were returned to a working state, the bout restarted and Coy wasted little time in landing a clean punch that ended the fight at the 1:46 mark of the opening period.
Nathan Coy WKO 1e ronde 1:46

2. Scott Shaffer vs. Zach Skinner
Round 1
Skinner ate a left and right hand before taking Shaffer down with a single-leg. Shaffer went right to a guillotine choke from the bottom, but Skinner had none of it. Skinner moved to side-control along the cage, where he punched the head with his left hand. Skinner briefly achieved mount before moving to Shaffer's back. Skinner punched the body and looked for rear-naked choke. Shaffer escaped position but ended up on the bottom in side-control as the round ended.

Round 2
Shaffer kicked the body and used good defense to avoid a takedown early in the round. Shaffer landed a left-legged head kick that hurt Skinner. Shaffer, after stuffing another takedown, landed a left hand that got the crowd into the bout. Skinner, tying to regain momentum from the first frame, got a much-needed takedown and went for an armbar. Shaffer slammed his way out of danger. Now back to his feet, Shaffer landed another solid punch.

Round 3
Skinner dropped levels for a single-leg, but Shaffer continued to shut Skinner's wrestling down. After another failed shot, Skinner secured a singe and worked for a Kimura from the top in side-control. Shaffer escaped and gazed an illegal kick to Skinner's head, which went unnoticed by the referee. From guard to half-guard, then to mount; Skinner controlled for 60 seconds before standing up. Skinner scored another takedown and ended the bout on Shaffer's back.
Zach Skinner Decision

3. Matt Kovacs vs. Mike Hayes
Round 1
Kovacs and Hayes came out throwing leather early, with neither fighter connecting solidly. Kovacs caught a low kick and threw Hayes to the canvas, where he worked from half-guard briefly. Hayes escaped to his feet and landed two hard punches. Hayes connected with a knee to the gut, and was countered with a Kovacs right hand. Hayes started a combo off with a stiff jab, and followed with a left, right and a knee to the midsection. With 30 seconds left in the opening frame, Kovacs scored a takedown, but could do little with the position.

Round 2
Hayes went to the Thai plum, where he landed two knees to the body. Kovacs landed a right hand that momentarily stunned Hayes. Hayes answered with two rights of his own. Hayes scored a takedown on the dazed Kovacs, and went to his back shortly after. Now on top in side-control, Hayes struck the face repeatedly with his right hand while trying to isolate his opponent's left arm.

Round 3
Lots of sloppy striking in the third round, with neither fighter landing clean until a right hand from Hayes found its target. Kovacs, visibly tired with both hands at his waist, reached deep into his cardio bank for a wild flurry that missed. Hayes, bleeding from his nose, caught an unintentional knee to the groin from Kovacs. The fight was stopped briefly and then restarted with 1:10 left in the contest. Kovacs went for a takedown and Hayes countered by slapping on a guillotine with no arm in. Kovacs escaped and finished the bout in the top position on the ground.
Mike Hayes Decision

4. Ray Perales vs. Lyle Beerbohm
Round 1
Beerbohm got a takedown early in the bout. From the top position, Beerbohm landed several hard strikes from guard and half-guard before moving to side-control. Beerbohm continued the light assault of punches and moved to the mount just as time expired.

Round 2
Beerbohm picked up an easy takedown to start the second period. Perales briefly got to his feet, but was slammed back to the canvas with authority. After moving to the mount, Beerbohm dominated with punches while Perales offered little in terms of offense. Stiff rights from Beerbohm closed the round.

Round 3
Beerbohm landed a stiff kick to the head before powering Perales to the floor. On the heels of a brief scramble, Beerbohm locked up a tight guillotine that forced Perales to tapout at 1:19 of the third.
Lyle Beerbohm (Guillotine Choke), 3e ronde 1:19

5. Mychal Clark vs. Josh Bennett
Round 1
Clark started quick with a low kick that knocked Bennett off balance. Clark then landed several hard punches, which put a smile on Bennett's face. Bennett landed a punch or two of his own before Clark answered with a straight right. With his back to the fence, Bennett connected with a knee to the body. Bennett then found himself on top after Clark gave up a lazy takedown. After getting back to his feet, Clark landed a combo that opened up a cut as the round closed.

Round 2
Bennett's left eye is bleeding and closed as the second frame began. A straight right hand lead landed for Clark. Clark went to work on Bennett's swollen eye with a right hand and an elbow, followed by a knee to the body. Bennett got a takedown and from half-guard, looked for a Kimura on Clark's left arm. Clark elbowed the body of Bennett and took the top position after Bennett moved to the mount.

The fight is called due to Bennett's eye, which is swollen shut and sporting a gash.
Mychal Clark TKO (doc stoppage) 2e ronde

6. Jorge Masvidal vs. Ryan Healy
Round 1
Masvidal scored a takedown but went directly to his feet. Healy landed a straight right and a knee to the face that stunned Masvidal and knocked him to the canvas. From the mount, Healy pounded away until Masvidal recovered enough to escape to his feet. Straight punches landed for Healy and a takedown followed. Masvidal worked back to his feet and got a takedown of his own. Masvidal finally got busy on the offensive side, with several hard punches from guard and a few more as Healy used the cage to back-crawl his way to standing. Masvidal landed a straight right before time expired.

Round 2
Masvidal started the second frame with a quick single-leg into Healy's guard. The referee restarted the action to standing after several minutes of inactivity. Masvidal landed a right hand before being taken down by Healy. Masvidal went high with his hips in search of a triangle and an armbar, but Healy escaped danger and went to his back, where he looked for a loose guillotine.

Round 3
Healy landed a knee to the body and grazed four elbows off the face of Masvidal, with none connecting flush. Masvidal scored a takedown and a few punches before time was called to examine a cut on the bridge on Healy's nose caused by a right hand. The fight was restarted on the ground, where Masvidal went back to work with punches from half-guard. A referee standup followed. Healy, now bleeding heavily, ate a left hand before getting a fast takedown. Another referee standup came to pass. Masvidal picked up a takedown with a minute remaining in the contest, but could do little with the position.
Jorge Masvidal Decision

7. Steve Berger vs. Eddy Ellis
Round 1
Ellis got a body-lock takedown to get the action started. Berger got to his feet, where he was hit with a left, right combo. Berger went to the clinch with his opponent's back to the fence, and landed two knees to the body. Ellis, after getting off the fence, landed a left hook. A straight right and a front kick from Ellis followed. Berger got a takedown and fought off a guillotine choke attempt for the rest of the stanza.

Round 2
Berger landed his best shot of the fight, a straight right hand and followed with a takedown. While Ellis went to a rubber-guard, Berger slugged him with several right hands which opened a cut above Ellis' left eye. Ellis landed a left to the body. After tasting a Berger knee to his face, Ellis got a takedown into Berger's full-guard. The referee restarted the bout to standing, and Ellis wasted no time before getting the fight back to the floor. Berger went for an omapalata and hit the face as time expired.

Round 3
Ellis got a takedown to start the final period. He moved to Berger's back and looked for a rear-naked choke. Ellis punched the head and woked from the back position while looking for the occasional submission.
Eddy Ellis Decision

8. Maurice Smith vs. Rick Roufus
Round 1
Roufus gave up a takedown in the opening minute. Smith went to half-guard and mount, where he looked for a Kimura. Roufus fought off the technique for several seconds, but tapped at 1:53 of the first when his arm was semi-straightened.
Maurice Smith (Kimura) 1e ronde 1:53

9. Joe Riggs vs. Cory Devela
Round 1
Riggs, fighting in the southpaw stance, was hit with a body kick and slammed hard to the canvas with a judo throw. Riggs, after getting hit with punches to the face, tapped immediately while favoring his back. The official time is 1:22 of the first.

A stretcher is brought out to remove Riggs from the cage. Replays show that Riggs' arms went stiff on impact. Riggs was able to move his arms and his neck wasn't immobilized.
Cory Devela (Submission, throw) 1e ronde 1:22

10. Bob Sapp vs. Jan Nortje
Round 1
Sapp ducked his head and went for a takedown. Nortje landed a right hand that opened a small cut above Sapp's left eye. Another right landed for Nortje. Sapp turned his back to Nortje, and ate nine consecutive left hands before crashing to the canvas. Nortje stood over Sapp and landed a few extra shots for good measure. The official time is 0:55 of the first.

Heeft Sapp nooit tegen een southpaw gestaan? Hij pakte alle linkse hoeken.

Bob Sapp’s walk towards the cage (Thunderlips style robe) had more flash than his performance in the cage, as he lasted all of 55 seconds against Jan “The Giant” Nortje. Sapp went for a takedown, threw a left jab, then ate 7 or 8 lefts from Nortje as he backpedaled into the fence.

The CompuStrike stats tell the whole story:

Nortje - 35 Thrown, 21 Landed, 60%

Sapp - 6 Thrown, 0 Landed, 0%

Sheesh.

;)
