'Peter Graham Called Kazuyuki Fujita A Chicken!'

One minor surprise took place at the DYNAMITE!! press conference held at a hotel in Osaka. When the MC began taking questions from the reporters, all of sudden a man wearing a red T-shirt stood up. His name is Peter Graham, a K-1 fighter who was there as Nicolas Petas' teammate. While all the reporters were stunned by this abrupt interruption Graham yelled, "Where is my opponent who was supposed to fight me tomorrow! Chicken!" The MC didn't know what to do but the interpreter softened a bit and translated what this big man from Australia had just said. Then no one knew how to react to this sudden speech by Graham, so it was basically ignored for then the press conference continued.
After the press conference Graham revealed that he was supposed to take on Kazuyuki Fujita tomorrow night but Fujita rejected Graham as his opponent so he wanted to pronounce his protest. Fujita earlier in the month announced that he is now free from his Zuffa (PRIDE) contract ready to fight on New Year's Eve so "The Real Beast" was one of the fighters rumored to be fighting tomorrow night. According Graham, other names like Josh Barnett came up as his potential opponents but nothing really developed but apparently he was talking to FEG till the very last minute about his fight. Fujita was nowhere to be found at the press conference, so this became sort of like a "trial in absentia" type of appeal by Graham. It was more than obvious that this was not staged by FEG. Graham, on his own accord simply decided to speak up. No one is excepting Fujita to respond to this so this desperate self-assertion strategy by Graham probably would end up being a shot in the air, just like his back spinning kick.
