Lyoto Machida & Thiago Silva set for UFC 89

UFC.com has officially announced that 30-year-old Lyoto Machida and 25-year-old Thiago Silva will fight each other Oct. 18, UFC 89 at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham, England, Machida and Silva both have a 13-0 record but their styles couldn’t be more different. Machida’s ability to use his Karate in a counter attack way has made him an enigma to MMA coaches and fighters, Silva is very aggressive 9 of his 13 wins have come in the first round , only one of his fights have gone to a decision and that was back in April of 2006 fight.
