Na het zien van dit filmpje heb ik vrij genomen en ben de rest van de dag op het strand te vinden :cool2:

Hahahaha superleuk filmpje. Ze laten heel wat mooie technieken zien. Ook spectaculair is hoe hij over het stokje springt, eerst voorwaarts, daarna achterwaarts. Moet ik niet proberen hoor :) Op het einde van het filmpje is het echt komisch. Leuk om BJJ te leren he ;)
