Krijg net toch een call....
Klant; "Hi I bought one of your USB thingies.
ik; "What kind of USB products ma'am, we got a multitude of USB Products."
Zij; "I don't know it says USB Thingy"
Ik; "Ma'am to my knowledge we don't sell USB products called Thingy"
Zij; "Owh wait it's a Dazzle TV stick"
Ik; "...."
Zij; "I want to register but I do not have the internets. So I don't have an emailaddress."
Ik; "Go to Sign In (http://www.hotmail.com) try a local library or friend that has an internet connection."
Zij; "Owh okay. But how do you call the a thingy with a circle around it and where do you find it on your keyboard?"
Ik; "It's called an AT (@) sign. you find it in the numeral row by pressing together shift and 2."
Zij; "Where is the darned Shift key?"
Ik; "Right above the control key, probably it says CTRL"
Zij; "Owh okay, but if I got a Yahoo thingy that's an email address isn't it?"
Ik; "As long as you have an account with them."
Zij; "Okay thank you"
