Hi Everybody,

I have been now searching suitable training facilities in Amsterdam for twice a week one hour.
Every time when I found something it was not that great deal.
Either the space was available two days in the row or as of 22:00 in the evening.

My question to you. Any idea on who I could contact for training space?
The best days of course Mon - Thuirsday starting time between 19:00 - 20:30.

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HELP!
CHEERS AND HAVE A GOOD TRAINING

You just need space? Why don't you contact some schools (I mean where children are in the daytime ;) ) and ask if they will let you rent for a couple of hours a week?

Hi Jeru,
yes that is exactly what I have been doing.
Somehow it is difficult to get two separate days. There is plenty of room on fridays but nobody want to train late on Fridays.
Everybody is going fo Biertjes ;)

I just thought maybe somebody has some spare space and time?

Hi,

Have you tried approaching gyms (fitness) , and asking them if they have some room.

One gym that comes to mind is Uchi Komi, on the Bilderdijkkade.

Uchikomi (http://www.uchikomi.nl)

Nevermind the info on : the shedule page of their website (http://www.uchikomi.nl/index.php?page=103)

Eventhough it seems like there schedule is full, most of the mentioned classes are no longer available, the website just is not updated yet.

The guys of Tatsujin Dojo Amsterdam (MMA) used to train there, but they have found another accomodation, so they left along with the Kickboxing gym that was based there. So they have the time/room.

You could try to come to an arrangement with them. Don't know if they will bite though.

But atleast you can try now.

Cheers!

Thanks
That looked like an good idea.
after having contact with the gym I was asked to pay 500 Euro per month.
for two hours of training per week.
I don't think I will go for it...
