Worstelen

Je ziet niet echt vaak voorbij komen op de forums maar het gebeurd nog steeds.Vandaag was er een A competitie toernooi in Den Haag en ik ben toch maar weer eens gaan kijken naar deze fantastische sport.

Mooi om te zien! Dat soort gasten zou je eigenlijk moeten overhalen om er MMA bij te trainen. Zelfde geldt voor judoka's.

ik ben geen insider maar in het worstelen zijn alle technieken waarmee je je tegenstander schade doet verboden. Bij grappling is dit juist het uitgangspunt (gaan voor een submission)

Wat is eigenlijk het verschil tussen worstelen en grappling?

Ik bedoel regels en scooren.

Bij het worstelen:
Voor elke greep krijgt men een aantal punten (1,2,3 of 5 ). Winnen kan dus op de volgende manieren:

Door een takedown (beide schouders van de tegenstander tegen de mat aangedrukt voor ongeveer 2 á 3 seconden)

Door punten (als de tijd verstreken is tellen de punten)

Door meerderheid van punten (als het verschil 6 punten of meer is)

Door opgave van de tegenstander (wat niet zo vaak gebeurt , alleen bij een blessure ofso)

En voor grappling moet je maar op wikipedia kijken:D

Door opgave van de tegenstander (wat niet zo vaak gebeurt , alleen bij een blessure ofso)

Of been vastzetten (overstrekking quads, dus niet tegen het gewricht in), of anaconda choke (verwurging met arm er bij)...
