Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) machine will continue to roll this upcoming weekend with a fight night special planned for the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Fla., on Feb. 7.

UFC Fight Night 17 is the first-ever show for the promotion on the west coast of the “Sunshine State.” It features a re-worked main event fight between explosive lightweights Joe Lauzon and Jeremy Stephens. Hermes Franca was supposed to get top billing; however, an injury while training made him a last-minute scratch.

In fact, Franca is among several athletes originally scheduled to compete on the card who sustained pre-fight injuries. The good news is that the UFC has been able to plug all the holes. And today the company confirmed the final line up.

Here is the latest official UFC Fight Night 17 fight card:

Main event:
155 lbs.: Joe Lauzon (17-4) vs. Jeremy Stephens
Main card (Televised):
265 lbs.: Cain Velasquez (4-0) vs. Denis Stojnic (5-1)
155 lbs.: Mac Danzig (18-5-1) vs. Josh Neer (24-7-1)
170 lbs.: Anthony Johnson (6-2) vs. Luigi Fioravanti (14-4)

Under card (May not be broadcast):
155 lbs.: Kurt Pellegrino (12-4) vs. Rob Emerson (8-6)
185 lbs.: Dan Miller vs. Jake Rosholt (5-0)
155 lbs.: Matt Grice (9-1) vs. Matt Veach
155 lbs.: Gleison Tibau (15-6) vs. Rich Clementi (32-13-1)
185 lbs.: Nick Catone (5-0) vs. Derek Downey (10-3)
170 lbs.: Matt Riddle vs. Steve Bruno
MMAmania.com will provide LIVE blow-by-blow, round-by-round coverage of the two-hour Spike TV special, which begins at 9 p.m. on fight night. In addition, up-to-the-minute quick results of the under card action will begin to flow earlier around 7 p.m. ET.

Many of our readers check-in before, during and after the broadcast to share their thoughts on the action. In the meantime, feel free to share your thoughts on — and predictions for — UFC Fight Night 17 on Saturday night.
