Now we fixed a date for our 1st. Pro Muay Thai Camp in Germany. From 22.08.2009 until 28.08.2009 the camp will take place at a lake near Buldern (Dülmen). We will start on 22.08.2009 with our 2 days Muay Thai instructor course part. These 2 days are part of an education for Muay Thai instructor. On the second day, sunday the 23.08. our Muay Thai camp will start with the first lesson in the afternoon.
As off monday the 24.08.2009 we will hold our prof. Muay Thai trainingscamp with 2 times training a day like pros.
Because we are holding an outdoor camp, there are many possibillities to train. Running will also be a part of the warm ups. You have the possibillity to learn 2 times a day Muay Thai and Muay Boran. One single lesson will be around 1,5-2,0 hours. The program includes as follows:
Basic & Advanced techniques
Mae Mai & Look Mai techniques
selfdefense via Muay Thai techniques
competition tactics & techniques
The whole will be tought by Arjahn Ralf Kussler (14.th Khan)
Ralf is a well known and respected teacher of Muay Thai/Muay Boran in Europe.
Accomodations are available on request. The camp will be held at a lake, so swimming would also be possible. (don`t forget swimming gear)
Meals: There are lots of possibillities or even for barbecue.
The outdoor camp ends on saturday, 29.08.2009 in the morning. The day before (27.08.2009) it is possible to take part in examinations for Khan graduation (Muay Thai) or Kickboxing graduation as well (E.F.C.A.)
On 29.08.2009 at 14:00 o`clock we will hold our Lucien Carbin & Tyrone Spong Lakeside K-1 Workshop at the same place.
After the workshop (a big raffle included) we will close the day with a barbecue.

Off course there will be certificates available:
Certificate: Tyrone Spong & Lucien Carbin for every participant
Certificate: Muay Thai Professional Camp for ervery participant, that has taken part all days.
Certificate: for participants who "only" participated in partial lessons.
Examination Certificate: Graduation Muay Thai (G.M.T.F. - German Muay Thai Association) & Kickboxing (E.F.C.A. - European Full Contact Academy).
All our workshops are free of any membership in associations. We are happy to meet participants from different countries and associations/bonds.
Gear:
Gear: Sport shoes for running, complete Fightgear including shin pads and gum shield (for your own safety)
