(R.I.P., big fella)
Ross Clifton, the MMA fighter perhaps best known for his bout with Ken Shamrock (http://www.cagepotato.com/video-captain-shamrock-vs-white-whale) at a February Wargods event, is reportedly dead of a heart attack (http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/templates/dailynews.asp?articleid=9518&zoneid=13) at 32, according to MMA Weekly. He was found by his wife on Friday morning. His trainer, Cal Worsham, confirmed the news and described Clifton as "a jovial teddy bear in the body of a grizzly." Clifton began his pro career in 2001 and most recently lost via first-round TKO against Rick Vardell in July. Thoughts, prayers, whatever you do...
