Vandaag organiseerde SportsArt Den Helder een seminar voor leden en gasten met topvechter Sahin Yakut uit Alkmaar in de hoofdrol. Het was voor de deelnemers een zeer leervolle en enerverende les. Mixfight was aanwezig en maakte de onderstaande foto's;

Was top. Mixfighters Barbara, Freddy, jk en natuurlijk Richelieu waren er en ikzelf. Volgens mij waren Barbara uit Drenthe en wij tweeen de enigen van buiten Den Helder. Verbaas ik me over. Ik vind les krijgen van toppers erg leuk en leerzaam.

Kaas spreekt niet erg duidelijk, maar brengt wel duidelijk zijn visie op het spelletje naar voren en legt goed uit. Hij wordt een goeie leraar na zijn carriere .
