Honestly there isn't anything outlandish here other than Hamill getting a $23k win bonus for getting destroyed and a victory by DQ. But, those are the rules of the game so there is no real complaining to be done.
Kimbo is fighting without the possibility of a win bonus it appears so he actually ended the night as the fifth highest paid fighter which should take some of the sting out of things for those fans that were upset about the idea that he will be making huge money on his fights. I have no doubt that there is some other money making its way into his hands as part of the deal, but at least in terms of base salary everything looks about right. The most likely scenario involves his deal being structured in a way that rewards him for TV ratings or PPV buys.
