LOS ANGELES, Apr 20, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- K-1 Global Holdings Limited has announced the Fight Card for the May 27, "K-1 Rising 2012 - K-1 World Max Final 16 2012" in Madrid, Spain, the first K-1 elimination tournament of the year. Fighters compete for a share of two million dollars in prize money.
