13-14 kilo aftrainen. waarvan 7 kilo in 1,5 maand en de rest afzweten. Dat houdt in dat als ik een semi-pro partij doe, ik dus -80 zou moeten. Vet, ik denk dat ik dat gewoon ga proberen. En als spek in de sauna smelt, moet het wel goedkomen.

serieus jochem? Weightcutting is iets dat je niet "zomaar" ff doet.... je vochtbalans in je lichaam dermate verstoren kan zeer gevaarlijk zijn en permanente nierbeschadigingen opleveren.
