The MMA career hasn't exactly gone like he was hoping for Mike Whitehead, and now the Season 2 "Ultimate Fighter" cast member is wanted on alleged sexual assault and drug charges according to tweets from Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal from a report on KLAS in Las Vegas.
Whitehead (24-8) was a hot heavyweight prospect back in 2005. He fought out of Pat Miletich's camp in Iowa and was a favorite of coach Matt Hughes on the show. Whitehead never got off during his fight with Rashad Evans in the first round of TUF 2 and lost the match. Hughes had a tough time containing his disgust.
Whitehead, who walks around between 250-285 pounds, fought once for the UFC losing to Keith Jardine in a light heavyweight fight at UFC 57. He moved on to fight with promotions like Affliction, M-1, the IFL and Strikeforce. His most recent fight was a loss in just over three minutes against Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal.
