We are a bunch of Norwegians wanting to go but I can't get a hold of Martijn de Jong.

Vorig jaar was er ook pas 2-3 weken voor het event duidelijke informatie.
Die informatie is toen ook wel via dit forum en door Martijn de Jong (volgens mij) bekendgemaakt.

Ik zou zeggen blijf het forum checken en blijf de reeds vermelde sites in het oog houden.

For our Norwegian visitors:

Last year we had the same problems and we received the information 2-3 weeks before the actual event took place. That information did come through this forum and was posted by Martijn de Jong (I think).

I'd say keep checking here and on the sites previously mentioned.

Like every year the European Championships Amateur Shooto will be held in the last week of June.

We are a bunch of Norwegians wanting to come so we were just wondering whether it would be held Saturday the 25th of June or Saturday the 2nd of July?

This is not a European Championship, but maybe interesting?

Introduction

Amateur MMA OPEN Tournament in a closed ring (cage)

On saturday May 14 inside Salle de La Garenne (COS2) - Rue des Olympiades @ 6000 Charleroi

NOTE :: This tournament is open to all amateur fighters aged over 18.

Categories : -60 / -65 / -70 / -76 / -83 / -91 / -100, +100 and Girls

- No Strikes on the ground
-Qualification fights last 1 round of 4 min withprotections (shooto C class Rules)
- Finals last 2 rounds of 3 minutes with protection(shooto C class Rules)
- Fighters must bring their sport license or a medical certification for MMA fighting and also bring their own protections (shin pads, kneepads and mouthguard / We provide Gloves and Helmet)

- Registration are limitesd to 16 fighters maximum by weight-category....

- Participation fees are 10€ (Free for Shooto Belgium Affiliates)

- Spectators : 10€ (free for -12yrs with parents)

TIME SCHEDULE

For categories : -60 Kgs, -70 Kgs, -83Kgs and -100Kgs

- Fighters Weigin between 11.00 and 12.00 am
- Fights start at 1.00PM / Finals +/- 4.00PM

For categories : -65 Kgs, -76 Kgs, -91Kgs,+100Kgs and Girls

- Fighters Weigin between 3.00 and 4.00 PM
- Fights start at 5.00PM
- Finals +/- 8.00PM

dat weet ik niet,

Martijn had me terug gemaild en zij dat het 26 juni in Deventer wordt gehouden voor meer info kan je shootoeurope in de gaten houden.

Echt dikke zware balen dat ik er niet bij kan zijn

heb op die dag examen van de SKMO opleiding en dat gaat helaas voor.
Kan m'n titeltje dus niet verdedigen
