Er was al een topic met deze trailer geopend maar er waren nog een ondertitels in en deze is ook wat uitgebreider, dus bij deze Heeft iemand van jullie deze film al gezien? Lijkt me wel vet!

hink The Last Samurai but instead of Tom Cruise immigrating to the land of the raising sun and learning the ways of Bushido, its a samurai that gets adopted into a foreign tribe in Thailand and become accustom to their warrior culture. The cast of Yamada: The Samurai Of Ayothaya include Seigi Ozeki in the role of actual historical figure Yamada Nagamasa and K-1 fighter Buakaw Por. Pramuk as a bare-handed fight expert. Action-wise, its a mashup between Japanese swordplay and the brutality of ancient Muay Thai.
YAMADA NAGAMASA, the young Samurai of Edo period, came to be a soldier in the Japanese volunteer regiment in Ayothaya. He fought against a group of Japanese who disguised themselves as the Hongsawadee soldiers and beset Ayothaya with troubles led by "Kuroda Toranaga". Yamada was critically injured and helped by a group of Thai warriors. They, later, vowed to be "bosom friends".

Yamada was taken to the priest with talisman and incantation who imparted the knowledge of Thai boxing and fencing to him. Later on, Yamada and his friends passed the fighting recruitment held to select the masterful combatants to be the Royal guards of King Naresuan the Great, the heroic king who declared the independence from Hongsawadee. Yamada and his friends fought bravely against the enemies, which could please the king very much. However, he never forgot to take revenge on Kuroda, who had defamed the Japanese. Finally, he could successfully kill Kuroda but in exchange for the life of his "friends".

Being deeply grateful for the kindness of the Ayothaya king and the friendship of the Siamese, the young Samurai was resolved that "this land was not my birthplace but where my soul would rest".

Lijkt wel op Ong Bak dit, en wat een waardeloze audio effects lol, lijkt wel alsof je naar Chuck Norris in 1980 aan het kijken bent

ja dat was echt een kkfilm... tering man,, ik vond die ene met die olifant wel meevallen maat dit was echt zo een slechte film.

Uit betrouwbare bron heb ik vernomen dat hij nu een snor heeft en een baas is. Moet niet zo moeilijk
zijn, er spelen maar een paar acteurs met snor in deze film.

Yodsanklai Fairtex en Sanchai Sor Sanchai en Anuwat Kaewsamrit hebben een bijrolletje zag ik net in de aftiteling, alleen Yodsanklai kunnen vinden in de film

Ik had geen ondertiteling, maar de actiescenes waren wel grappig, maar een beetje Ong Bak achtig, verhaal volgens mij het zelfde als The Last Samrurai alleen dan een japanner die bij thaise vechters terecht komt.

Ik ga hem in ieder geval niet meer kijken als ik ondertiteling heb, daarvoor was ie net even te slecht.
