09.04.2011 CTT - Ivan Hippolyte in Waldbröl pictures

Yesterday we had a great CTT (CTT - Coach the Trainers) workshop with Ivan Hippolyte in Wladbröl. Subjects of this education was warm up, stretching, drills, sparring, padworks, tactics, mental side in training and fight, nutrition and transfer of experiences. After 5 workshops the participants can face an examination to get the CTT certificate. CTT is a rolling education and further education system in which we implement all the big trainers.
Next CTT seminars will be strictly limited to 40 people. On 04.06.2011 Mike Passenier will join us.

On top we will have some special seminars like padstraining, mental training and nutrition.

For further progress we took the opportunity to spread our system also to Belgium and other countries. Ivan Hippolyte will also give 2 workshops in Belgium after summer and will appear in Germany again in Waldbröl and some other places.
