@arielhelwani Rome asked him if he thought Overeem lied to him, and Dana said "I know he lied to me"
@arielhelwani he just found out about reems suspension from Rome. Doesn't know if he still will be with ufc or not
Hier de Rome/ DW interview. He's pissed!

Dana White Thought the NSAC Would Give Alistair Overeem a Stiffer Penalty
Dana White isn't happy with Alistair Overeem, but he hasn't decided whether the former No. 1 contender still has a job with the UFC.
The UFC president was informed by popular radio host Jim Rome on Wednesday of the nine-month punishment Overeem received on Tuesday after the Nevada State Athletic Commission denied his request for a license. And upon hearing the news, White said that he expected the NSAC to come down harder on Overeem.
"Nine months? Nine months isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be," White said.
"I thought he would get a year. Easily a year."
White is clearly upset with Overeem, who he has said repeatedly told him and UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta multiple times that he was "the most tested man in sports." At Tuesday's NSAC hearing, Overeem said that he received an anti-inflammatory shot for an injured rib from a doctor in January, which unbeknownst to him, contained testosterone. He gave himself another shot right before he was asked to take a random drug test following a March 27 press conference in Las Vegas. He ended up failing the drug test when his testosterone to epitestosterone ratio came back at 14:1, which is more than double the NSAC's limit of 6:1.
"I'm not a fan," White said. "I'm not a fan at all. You're not going to hear me today on your radio show defending Alistair Overeem. Believe me."
White said on the radio show that he believes Overeem lied to the UFC, but considering his hectic travel schedule lately, he hasn't been able to get the full story of what transpired at Tuesday's hearing in Nevada.
"We'll see what happens," White said when asked about Overeem's future in the UFC. "We'll see what happens, man."
Be a Warrior, not a Worrier

Enough is enough Overeem. Own up and move on.
At some point a man has to…well “man up”. I hope for the sake of himself and the fans that want to see Alistair fight against the best in the world that he does.
But if his recent track record stays the course that’s not likely…
There’s been history further back than I will go, but lets start with his departure from his management team Golden Glory. Like him or not, Bas Boon structured and manifested one of the greatest MMA contracts in history. Alistair has had and been content with his management % for the previous 12 years, but now that the contract is so massive his greed set him on an unfortunate downward spiral.
Following his departure from GG management, he slyly left town to look after his ill mother the day his tests were to be held. He then blamed his new manager Colin Lamb and his friend’s that are his new ‘team’ looking after his affairs. Even though he is the fighter and he signed his deal and is unmistakably the one whom is responsible. Yet he was given a mulligan for that test and the raised brows followed him further…
A woman in Vegas filed assault charges against him. He again didn’t own up to this case. He settled to make sure the truth was again buried.
And now..the TRT/HGH/Horsemeat/Testosterone situation…
Man it sucks, I am a huge fan of Alistair Overeem. But lets be honest. You can claim muscle growth and genetics and work ethics and anything you want for his strength and size growth. But nothing short of HGH will make his head grow so massively and rapidly that a frying pan couldn't crack it. He should have taken his punishment like a man. But instead he chose to hide or cover the truths again, and he now has a doctor with a criminally curious background himself
Alistair Overeem's Doctor Has A Very Interesting Background - Bloody Elbow add that with an interestingly new creative back-story and yet again of course it was not his own fault. The Commissions Kizer himself and other witnesses said Overeem was trying to escape from the random testing. His friends and Colin Lam along with his new team the Blackzilians really need to do a better job babysitting this athlete.
At every UFC event there is a very loud and specific guy who will actually scream not to use anything, no sleeping tablets, no substances, double and triple check everything etc... At every event you are told you have to fill out forms were they ask you if you took any medicine or anything and the description of these medicines. Now I don’t always agree with Dana White but his choice words for Overeem seem just. For the most tested "moron" to use Dana’s words, Alistair blames it on others again as he pretty much forgets everything that was screamed in his ears by officials.
The biggest farce is the comity which ‘may or may not’ be paid by the UFC, and how they handle situation like this. Proving his innocence is quite simple. If Alistair wants to proclaim his innocence now that his fight for the title is off and he has time on his hands; take him to the Olympic testing facility in Switzerland and take some blood samples of Overeem, with the modern day technology they can see from one year ago what is and has been in your blood.
Still think he is going to come out clean? Forget all the synthetic testosterone you will find, this guy will show he is so full of HGH and other growth hormones, one could return the favor to the animal community for all the Horse’s he devoured by supplying a dozen thoroughbred race horses for a year, with an injection of what they take out of Overeem...#triplecrownwinner

Dana White: 'I Am Not an Alistair Overeem Fan at All'
If UFC heavyweight Alistair Overeem, who was recently handed a nine-month suspension due to the elevated levels of testosterone, wants to continue with an MMA career, he better get used to drug testing more than ever, according to UFC president Dana White.
"I’ll tell you what, if he didn’t like being tested before, wait until he sees what his life is like now," White said between bites of a burger at a media luncheon at The Palm restaurant. "He’s going to be tested all the time."White was in Brazil on Tuesday during the Nevada Athletic Commission hearing and was mostly out of the loop until he came back to the United States. In that meeting, Overeem claimed he didn’t know what was in an anti-inflammatory given to him by Dr. Hector Oscar Molina. Overeem, who had already been pulled out of his planned title shot at heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos, was suspended nine months.
"I just found this out this morning," said White. "I landed at four in the morning, I didn’t know what the hell happened. Apparently, he got suspended for nine months and he said he was taking anti-inflammatory shots. Well, you should have gone in and told the commission that before you got drug tested. You don’t say it after you get busted for elevated testosterone levels. Period. Pretty simple. The rules are cut and clear.
"If you are taking anything, at all, you tell the commission. If you are taking too many aspirin a day, tell the commission ‘I’m taking nine aspirin a day because my neck hurts.’ I’m taking anti-inflammatory,’ ‘I’m on TRT,’ whatever."
Overeem’s suspension runs through Dec. 27. While some Internet conspiracy theorists have noted the UFC regularly runs big events in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve weekend, and technically, Overeem could be in the clear to fight on that card, that’s highly unlikely from a logistical standpoint. Overeem would not be able to re-apply for a license in Nevada until after his suspension is up, and big events require months of advance planning and legwork.
White is willing to wait and see how things play out with the disgraced fighter. But he can’t hide his anger at how things went down.
"He’s gonna have to do a suspension," White said. "We’ll see what happens. I’m just pissed off that he lied to us.
"I am not an Alistair Overeem fan at all."

nu wordt hij echt :"The most tested man in sports".

Get over it!
