A.s dinsdag 17 april vecht Saiyok op het Thai Fight Extreme in Pattaya tegen de Rus Rustem Zaripov. Een paar weken geleden versloeg Saiyok nog in Bangkok nog op een avond Vuyisille Collossa en Jordan Watson en won daarmee het WMC toernooi.
Op 27 mei is Saiyok. die al 5 jaar ongeslagen is, weer in Nederland te bewonderen op Slamm!! VII in Almere waar hij zijn ongeslagen status in Nederland tegen Mootje Khamal op het spel zet.
