Inderdaad prachtige worpen tussen. Wat ook vooral mooi is om te zien is hoe de slachtoffers vallen. Als er iets is wat je leert in zowel judo als worstelen is het hoe je correct moet vallen. Zou je dit soort worpen in mma doen bij iemand die in beide disciplines niet al te bedreven is dan ga je echt lelijke situaties meemaken.
