    Default Jon Jones indrukwekkende statistieken

    Van MMA JUNKIE

    Jon Jones

Since his UFC debut in 2008, reigning light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has quickly evolved into one of the most successful fighters in company history.
Jones’ (20-1 MMA, 14-1 UFC) octagon tenure has been nothing short of dominant so far, but at UFC 182 his title reign will make arguably its biggest threat when Daniel Cormier (15-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC) challenges for the gold in the pay-per-view headliner at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Having turned professional less than seven years ago, Jones already has accomplished more than most will in a lifetime of competition. However, “Bones” isn’t satisfied yet, as he’s openly discussed his desire to break all major UFC records.
With another significant contest in Jones’ career just around the corner, there’s no better time to take a closer look at everything he’s achieved to date and what records are in store if his success continues beyond Saturday’s showdown with Cormier.
    General statistics

Jones currently is ranked No. 1 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie.com MMA light-heavyweight rankings and No. 1 in the pound-for-pound poll, as well.

He’s defeated five fighters who once held an undisputed UFC championship belt, the most of any active fighter in the organization.
His six UFC fight-night bonuses are tied with three other fighters for the most in the history of the 205-pound weight class.
His reach of 84.5 inches is the longest of any fighter in the light-heavyweight division and tied with heavyweight Stefan Struve for the longest of any fighter in the UFC.

Heel veel waardeloze stats zoals dit:
His 10 submission attempts in UFC light-heavyweight competition are the third most in divisional history behind Renato Sobral (15) and Stephan Bonnar (13).
    submission attempts LOL
