Ik vind rory en cowboy allebei toppers. Krijgen veel te weinig krediet door alle wwe taferelen die de sport tegenwoordig beheersen. Jammer en daardoor worden ze zwaar onderbetaald voor wat ze leveren.

Cowboy is wel heel populair hoor. Helemaal voor iemand die nooit een belt heeft gehad.

Als Cowboy op welterweight blijft zou een partij tegen Nick wel graag willen zien. Mocht Nick nog terugkomen.

Colby Covington has a new opponent at UFC Fight Night 89 after Alex Garcia was forced to withdraw from the event. Jonathan Meunier will make his UFC debut at the event on short notice.

The news, originally reported on Twitter by Ariel Helwani, was confirmed to MMAjunkie by UFC representatives.

UFC Fight Night 89 takes place June 18 at The Arena at TD Place in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The main card airs on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on FOX Sports 2 and UFC Fight Pass.

After starting his octagon career with back-to-back victories, Garcia (13-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has gone 1-2 in his previous three outings. Most recently, the Tristar Gym member was stopped late in Round 3 by Sean Strickland.

Covington (8-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) suffered his first professional loss in his most recent outing, a first-round guillotine choke submission at the hands of Warlley Alves at UFC 194. Prior to the defeat, he had rattled off three octagon wins, two coming by submission.

Meunier (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) is undefeated since turning pro in October 2013. The 28-year-old has finished all seven of his opponents, five stoppages coming by knockout and two by submission.

Specifics behind Garcia’s withdrawal were not given.
