Maar heeft de volgende dag een tweet gestuurd met daarin zijn excuus richting Conor en sbg gym dat deze info onjuist is geweest

FAN-MADE UFC 205 PROMO

Oct 15, 2016 Op 12 november zal de UFC met UFC 205 hun langverwachte debuut in New York City maken. Dit evenement heeft een top matchmaking en is het hoogtepunt van een lange en moeizame juridische strijd om het mixed martial arts in de staat New York te legaliseren.

In de main event van de avond neemt de regerend UFC vedergewicht kampioen Conor McGregor het voor de UFC lichtgewicht titel op tegen kampioen Eddie Alvarez. Mocht McGregor dit gevecht winnen dan is hij de eerste vechter in de geschiedenis van de UFC die in twee gewichtsklassen tegelijk kampioen is.

Tyron Woodley zet tijdens de co-main event van de avond zijn weltergewicht titel op het spel tegen Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson.

Naast bovenstaande titelgevechten staat er nog een derde titel gevecht op het programma, regerend strawweight kampioen Joanna Jedrzejczyk verdedigt haar titel tegen de ongeslagen Poolse Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

De rest van de matchmaking mag er ook wezen, er staan veel grote namen zoals Chris Weidman, Yoel Romero, Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone, Kelvin Gastelum, Miesha Tate, Raquel Pennington, Frankie Edgar, Jeremy Stephens, Chabib Noermagomedov, Michael Johnson, Rashad Evans en Tim Kennedy op de kaart.

Vicente Luque replaces Lyman Good at UFC 205 in New York City

After losing his original matchup, Belal Muhammad has a new opponent for UFC 205.

As reported on Monday, Muhammad’s (10-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) original opponent, welterweight Lyman Good (19-3 MMA, 1-0 UFC), has been removed from the card due to a potential anti-doping violation, according to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency.

Vicente Luque (10-5-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) has stepped in as a replacement, UFC officials today confirmed with newsday.com.

UFC 205 takes place Nov. 12 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized.

Muhammad, a former Titan FC and Bellator fighter, made his UFC debut in July and suffered a decision loss to Alan Jouban. However, the 28-year-old rebounded at September’s UFC Fight Night 94 event in Texas and earned a TKO win over Augusto Montano. It was his fourth knockout in 10 career wins.

Luque, who appeared on “The Ultimate Fighter 21,” suffered a decision loss to Michael Graves at the show’s live finale. However, the 24-year-old Blackzilians fighter has since rebounded with three consecutive UFC wins, which included a recent “Performance of the Night” bonus for his 60-second knockout victory over Hector Urbina.
