We hebben allemaal het tragische nieuws gehoord over Marc de Bonte. Uit eerbetoon hier een aantal foto's van exact 5 jaar geleden uit november 2011. Marc de Bonte vocht toen in Padova, Italie voor The MPL tegen Jiri Zak. In deze partij, die op full MuayThai Rules was, was Jiri Zak de huizenhoge favoriet tegen de toen nog 21-jarige Marc. Marc liet deze avond echter zien welk een talent hij was en versloeg de sterke en geharde ervaren MuayThai vechter Jiri Zak.
Veel van deze foto's zijn echter nooit online gekomen. De wedstrijd foto's waren exclusief voor The MPL. En enkele backstage foto's zijn hier op mixfight te zien geweest. Hier daarom een uitgebreide selectie, inclusief foto's die toen de selectie voor zowel mixfight als The MPL nooit gehaald hebben.
