    Default Invitation Amsterdam Open -Jiu Jitsu & Grappling- 24/06

    Hi everybody!

    We would like to invite you for the 1st Amsterdam Open on Saturday 24th of June.

    This tournament will be Jiu Jitsu as well as Grappling and we will have advanced and beginner categories.

    JIU JITSU
    The rules for Jiu Jitsu are the official rules of the CBJJ (www.cbjj.com.br)
    Beginner is a White Belt and fights will last 5 minutes.
    Advanced is Blue Belt and higher and fights will last 7 minutes
    (only straight leg locks will be allowed and no biceps locks)

    GRAPPLING
    The point system of the CBJJ will be used, but without advantages. All arm locks (including biceps lock), all leg locks (including heel hook, toehold etc) and straight neck cranks (no twisted neck or spine attacks) will be allowed.
    Beginner is a White Belt or has less then 1,5 year of experience with ground fighting.
    Advanced is Blue Belt and up or more then 1,5 year of experience with ground fighting.

    PRIZES
    Medals and trophies will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as for the Most technical fighter in the Beginner & Advanced Jiu Jitsu as Beginner & Advanced Grappling.

    WEIGHT CLASSES & INSCRIPTION
    Official CBJJ weight classes: -67kg, - 73 kg, - 79 kg, -85 kg , 91 kg , 97 kg, + 97 kg
    Inscription can be made by sending an email to: [email protected]
    The inscription fee is 15 euro (then you can fight grappling as well as jiu jitsu) and the first 80 inscriptions will receive a Keiko Raca T-shirt for free. Don’t forget to mention beginner or advanced with your inscription.

    En top dat het verschoven is, dan kan ik ook meedoen!! Alleen waarom mag je in godesnaam geen twisters/ spinelocks doen? Zo komt Eddie Bravo nooit naar Nederland

    juist ik gebruik de twister vaak tijdens de training , vind die techniek echt nice .

    trouwens weet iemand het schema trouwens al , hoelaat het bjj begint en hoelaat grapplin begint?

    merk je vanzelf wel
    en je doet gewoon je grabbel spullen aan onder je pyama. kan je zo wisselen van kostuum.
    Als judo makkelijk was had het wel voetbal geheten.

    Inderdaad! Jij doet zeker zowel met BJJ als grappling mee? Gewoon oefenen in het heel snel aan en uit trekken van je Gi is voor jou dan de oplossing, mochten we het niet te weten komen

    GI is om 9.00 aanwezig en 10.00 aanvang wedstrijden

    No Gi / Graplling begint om 13.00

    toeschouwers hoeven niks te betalen.
