Imes, “The Ultimate Fighter 2” heavyweight runnerup, scored a rare gogoplata victory over local fighter Zak Jensen in the first round. Jensen lost consciousness before he ever had a chance to tap out. Imes joins Shinya Aoki and Nick Diaz in the small fraternity of fighters who have successfully pulled off a submission victory via gogoplata.
