Ik heb gisteravond goed nieuws ontvangen vanuit Rio de Janeiro alwaar dit weekend de werldkampioenschappen voor masters en seniors word gehouden:
Nico "the mummy" Herbert is werledkampioen geworden in de klasse Blue belts senior 3. Bovendien werd Nico ook nog eens tweede in de open klasse Blue belts senior 3.
Een mooie prestatie nico!
