Mohr and Arroyo released from UFC

Nate Mohr and Matt Arroyo are the newest releases from the UFC according to MMATorch.com

Arroyo lost a disappointing split decision to Dan Cramer at UFC 94. He was a semi-finalist on The Ultimate Figther and 1-3 in the UFC.

Nate Mohr lost to Dennis Siver at UFC 93 and had been out over a year before that fight due to an injury after a loss to Manny Gamburyan.

Rich Clementi, Luigi Fiorivanti, Eddie Sanchez, Christian Wellisch, Reese Andy, and Derek Downey have all been released recently. Downey even made remarks that 50 fighters have been released. I’m sure there is more to come.

Arroyo was een leuke sympathieke gast... maar hij was geen top contender in de ufc. Goeie beslissing dus.
