We are hosting the 6th version of the very successful open mat-series on sunday, 7th June, at Kampfsport-Center Frechen near Cologne. Everybody, regardless your style, is more than welcome to train, roll and exchange techniques with us and all the different teams attending.

Coming right after the open mat, there will be a compact-seminar/ workshop with none other than Joe Sarti, crossfit and conditioning expert from California.
Joe is largely known for his expertise regarding all aspects of conditioning, crossfit, bodyweight-exercises, clubbells, kettlebells and has worked with Frank Shamrock among others.
