Buying cannabis OIL in Amsterdam?

I know regular dope is available here, but I'm looking specifically for cannabis OIL.

It's apparently known for the treatment of skin cancer, but has been taken off the market due to lobbying from major US pharmaceuticals.

Anyways, I wanna get some; not that I have skin cancer, but it actually has a number of healing properties, and I'm interested in making a purchase.

Anyone know is this oil to be had here?

I figure seems as regular dope is sold freely, there's bound to be some place that sells the oil...

Hash-oil is illegal in the Netherlands,its considered as hard drugs. I guess its the same?

You can make it yourself from weed,check youtube. Sending it from the Netherlands to America is also illegal.
