Fight Card:
Light Heavyweight Bout
Pierre Guilett (England) vs. Renato "Babalu" Sobral (Brazil)
Pierre is a strong fighter at 93kg and is a submissions expert, winning six of his eight fights by submission.
He is facing the Brazilian sensation and UFC veteran Babalu, who has rocked the MMA scene in the UK by
easily defeating Cyrille "The Snake" Diabate at Cage Rage 9. This fight has all the promise of being a
great battle with both men excellent at submissions.
Middleweight Bout
Sol "Zero Tolerance" Gilbert (England) vs. Curtis Stout (USA)
This one looks as though it will be the battle of the strikers with both men having strong boxing backgrounds
- both men have a good record of knockouts and it will be interesting to see if this one goes to the ground. If
Sol can clinch this one, it will be a great notch on his belt as Curtis Stout is a two time UFC veteran and is
promising to put on a good show.
Light Heavyweight Bout
Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos (Brazil) vs. Antony Rea (France)
This bout is a Cage Rage debut for both fighters - both these guys are very experienced formidable fighters,
Cyborg has a strong Muay Thai background and has won seven of his bouts with strikes. Antony also has a
stand-up background but is a well rounded fighter winning fights by both knockouts and submissions.
Middleweight Bout
Alex Reid (England) vs. Jorge "El Conquistador" Rivera (USA)
This will be a great test for Alex Reid as he is a great striker and has won many of his fights by submission.
He will be up against Jorge Rivera, who is a UFC veteran and in contrast, has won many of his fights by
strikes. On his last outing to Cage Rage, Jorge defeated top UK middleweight Mark Weir. So, will Alex Reid
look for a submission or will the tale be told on its feet?
Middleweight Bout
Mark "The Wizard" Weir (England) vs. Gabriel "Gladiator" Santos (Brazil)
Mark Weir is an explosive striker and a UFC veteran. Mark recently won the WEC title in the USA and is
internationally recognized as an awesome striker. Mark will be fighting Gladiator as a late replacement for
stable mate Matt Ewin who was injured during training. Gladiator is a strong opponent with good
ground-and-pound ability but will that be enough to stop The Wizard?
Welterweight Bout
Jeremy "Bad Boy" Bailey (England) vs. Sami "The Hun" Berik (Turkey)
This is the return for Bad Boy Bailey after he's recent behavior which saw him get banned for a few shows.
Jeremy makes his return against Sami "The Hun" Berik who shocked the MMA world with a fantastic debut
defeating Cage Warriors Champion Abdul Mohamed by TKO - will he do the same to Bad Boy or will it be
Bad Boy that rains victorious?
Peter Tiarks, Cage Rages very own featherweight title holder, is sensationally vacating his title belt due to
study commitments. Peter will be taking a year out to concentrate on his exams next year - we can expect
to see him back in the octagon to regain his title late next year.
In the mean time, two of the country's top featherweight fighters will battle it out at Cage Rage 10:
Deliverance to be held at the famous Wembley Conference Centre on February 26, 2005 when Leigh
"The British Bulldog" Remedies takes on Robbie "The Flame" Olivier fighting for Peter Tiarks now
vacant featherweight title. Leigh is a UFC veteran who has fought some of the most experienced guys on the
circuit, whilst Robbie has fought his way through the ranks beating Dave "Speedy" Elliot at his last outing
to Cage Rage to earn a shot at the title.

Robbie Olivier has fought and beat all of the other top UK fighters in his weight division and has earned his
right to fight Leigh Remedios for the vacant featherweight title. Leigh is a UFC veteran and has a lot of
experience in submissions. Will that be enough to put out Robbie's flame or will he walk away with the belt?

Jean "White Bear" Silva (Brazil) vs. Chris "West Side Strangler" Brennan (USA)
Jean Silva is an exciting explosive fighter and has defeated some of the best lightweights in the world.
Tonight, he is up against Chris Brennan. Chris is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black belt who has fought in both the
UFC and PRIDE. Chris is a dangerous fighter but has clearly stated he will not underestimate the skill of
Jean Silva. This should be a war - will Jean be able to defend his Title?

Andy "The Rock" Costello (England) vs. Dan Burzotta (England)
Andy is a tough fighter winning his last outings to cage rage by ground-and-pound. Andy has a long history
in Judo but has also spent a lot of time working on his striking. He will be up against Dan Burzotta, a
Jiu-Jitsu expert that has traveled the world fighting as Captain of the British Jiu-Jitsu team. This will be a
tough fight for both men - will it be Jiu-Jitsu or Judo that wins on the night?

Marc Goddard is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and is excellent at submissions. He will be facing Robert
Berry. Robert is a little known quantity but is a well rounded fighter and wants to make his Debut exciting
with a quick KO.

Ricky is a hard hitter and good at submissions recently defeating Jeremy Bailey by guillotine choke. Rick
fights out of the Elite fighting systems and has proved he has a well rounded game - he will be fighting Dave
Lee, another well rounded fighter with both these guys being so well rounded, this one really will be
unpredictable.

Kuljit "The Asain Sensation" Degun (England) vs. Mustapha Al Turk (England)
Kuljit Degun recently took a loss to ex-heavyweight champion Ryan Robinson and is ready to rise to the
top again. Mustapha is a strong competitor winning many different wrestling competitions - at his last Cage
Rage outing, Mustapha proved he can strike as well, beating his opponent by TKO.

Brad "One Punch" Pickett (England) vs. Chris "The Freak" Freeborn (England)
Brad made his cage rage debut with a fantastic TKO over Stuart Grant utilizing his boxing skills. Brad is up
against the more experienced Chris "the Freak" Freeborn. Chris is a strong fighter using submissions to his
advantage. Will Chris use his experience to get the win or will Brad prove once again that all it takes is one
