vond het wel een goed idee
I've recently been working through Eddie Bravo's Rubber Guard book, yes, I know, it's been out awhile, but I've finally got the flexibility to pull off roughly 1/2~1/3 of the book, so I'm excited to be working through it.
So, here's what I did, I downloaded a program called "FreeMind (http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)" that allows you to create Mind Maps or Concept Maps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mindmap). Then I went through the Half-Guard section of the book building a map of the content, adding my own half-guard items as I went.
The end result is a very cool graphic that sums up the material, more importantly I think I'll be using this same program to document the results of all my training sessions.
So, what do you think?
