Instead, the film will be released nationally by Universal Studios Home Entertainment on DVD on Aug. 19. The DVD will be available in both Hi-Def and Blu-ray.
The plot of the film centers around Mathayus, played by Michael Copon, witnessing the death of his father at the hands of the king, played by Couture. Out to avenge the death of his father, Mathayus transforms himself into “the most feared warrior of the ancient world.”
In other Couture-related news, his charity, “The Foundation,” which was set up to assist disabled veterans returning home from military action, is planning a charity golf outing. Golfers, celebrities, and sponsors are needed. If interested, visit www.xtremecouturegifoundation.org (http://fiveouncesofpain.com/xtremecouturegifoundation) for more information.
