Japan update. oa Geen Ludwig Vs Sudo

There are no truth to the rumors of Duane Ludwig fighting Genki Sudo, or Enson Inoue or Mikey Burnett competing on the UFC Japan card. Dana White mentioned Sudo's name in our interview with him a week ago (found elsewhere on the site) and it's not impossible that both Sudo and Ludwig could be on the card, but they have a contract with K-1 to compete in the Max division, and there is a glutton of shows in December in Japan, so K-1 may not be willing to allow Sudo nor Ludwig to fight on the card. Inoue could possibly end up on the card, but it has not even been discussed by Zuffa at this point. The show is booked right now for December 12th.

Dana White appeared on the Puroresu Power Hour radio show a week ago, and said that the show would take place at 1pm Japanese time, and would air live on pay per view in North America at Midnight EST. Although getting people to stay up until 3am on the east coast to watch the show will be tough, it's still much better than doing a tape delay show because tape delay shows traditionally don't draw as well as opposed to live shows. He also said that the show is taking place in the Tokyo area, but no venue has been decided. They've got problems with that, because K-1 runs the Tokyo Dome just five days earlier for the World Grand Prix Finals, and then K-1 and Pride are both supposed to be running major new years shows New Year's Eve, plus New Japan has one of their biggest shows of the year on January 4th and Hustle may have a big show around that time as well. No matches have been signed for the event, although they want Tito vs. Vitor as long as Tito doesn't get hurt against Mezger in October, no matter if he beats Mezger, and Frank Mir vs. Andrei Arlovski for the Heavyweight title is being considered

ik zie genki en duane liever voor de UFC uitkomen da K1 max ...............

oh en nicky ik denk er wel interesse is voor nieuws maar dit is eigenlijk geen nieuws want per saldo staat er weinig nieuws in alleen wat geruchten , TOCH BEDANKT jongen ik weer niet waar je allemaal vandaan haalt maar tis wel heel stoer ...........................
