Default CFC 4, Liverpool, 3rd July - Cahoon vs "The Crow"

    Cage Fighting Championships 4,
    Liverpool Olympia,
    Sunday 3rd July 2005.

The Cage Fighting Championships is back in Liverpool for a forth time on the 3rd July as local favourite Paul Cahoon attempts to lift the Vacant CFC Middleweight Title in front of his home town fans when he takes on the Dangerous UFC and TKO vet David "The Crow" Loiseau.

Will Cahoon be able to make his mark on a middleweight division that has been taken apart by North American/Brazilian opposition in the last few months by winning the title in front of his home fans. Or will the Crow play the spoiler role and inflict another defeat on a big name UK star.

Matchmaker Geoff Oughton has already said that "we (CFC) have the 6 guys from Liverpool matched on the undercard as this is the aim of the CFC events, to build the local guys in addition to putting on the big names."

"On top of this you have that fight-night Liverpool atmoshere and a great venue in the Olympia which makes for a tremendous mma event. Ask Ian Butlin or Leigh Remedios what the last one was like - and that didnt have matches of this quality!"
